Tony and Abundant Senior Living was there for us through an extremely difficult process. We can’t speak highly enough of Tony and this company. We had everything taken care of and received expert advise, counseling, and support though this process. Transitioning a loved one into senior living isn’t easy. But, with the help of Abundant Senior Living it’s a much easier process. Can not recommend them enough!

Tony did a fantastic job in helping us find an assisted living facility for my mother. He guided us through the entire process in finding a facility that met the needs of my mother and our financial criteria. He accompanied us on the tours and did an outstanding job in explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each facility. Very professional and knowledgeable about Medicare and senior living facilities.

Tony was patient and respectful of our privacy while providing a wealth of knowledge from facilities to processes in placing my Mother N Law into skilled nursing. This process can be very stressful and it was comforting to have an empathic ear who listens and guides in the right direction.

He took the time to really get to know our needs and then identified some best fit options based on his extensive local experience and knowledge. He attended the initial screening visit, helped us prioritize our selection criteria, and then made himself readily available to answer questions and provide further advice. So far, we are pleased with where by brother is staying which is a facility we wouldn't have found without Tony's assistance. His service was at no direct cost to us.

Would you climb Everest without a Sherpa or fly off to a foreign country where you don't speak the language and buy a house blindly? Me neither. So what do you do? You find a guide, an advocate who will help you sort through your choices, understand what to look for and what to ask, and be a sounding board.
Tony Vargus offers that service. It works like an apartment locator, so he derives his income from a referral fee from the facilities, not from you. Was I skeptical after already calling around and touring facilities that something this valuable could be free? Heck yes, but truly it is. His list isn't exhaustive because not every facility agrees to provide a referral fee so you may still need to make calls and gather info on your own (I did/I am), but after talking with Tony you'll be better informed as to what to ask, what to look for, who to see, etc. He'll tour with you, which is amazing because it's stressful and having a non emotional, unbiased advocate is such a benefit.
I loathe sales and there has been much in the process of searching that has really put me off, but there is no pressure from Tony to choose a facility with whom he has agreement--after compiling all of your info, he ultimately encourages you to go with your gut.
Tony is a compassionate person, a truly decent human, and a real gift during what may be one of the most stressful events of your life. I highly recommend his services.

Tony did an amazing job of helping us find a place for my father in law that had the most space for his room and was affordable and close to our home and work (to make visiting easier). Tony was very easy to work with, listened to our concerns, and was fast in his responses. We can't thank him enough!

Tony is absolutely amazing. My father had a stroke and my mother (who has dementia) was. It going to be able to be his caregiver, and he could no longer be hers.
